From a technical standpoint this was a straightforward renovation.  The walls were in terrible shape due to settlement issues that occurred when the units were first built back in the 1970's.  After an extensive amount of patching and sanding all rooms were painted, new laminate flooring was installed and the old rusted baseboard heating was replaced.
