Sturgeon Construction & Restoration specializes in residential renovation and restoration projects, offering the highest quality of workmanship and skill. We are adept at working within all budgets. Additionally, we offer value engineering services whose sole mission is to find cost cutting opportunities within the scope of the project . A sampling of our services includes: additions, kitchens, baths, windows, siding, decks, flooring, mill work and trim.
Residential Repair
We offer residential repairs for clients who have smaller projects that require the expertise and professionalism that our company delivers. Repairs include, but are not limited to:

Repair or replace rot on exterior components such as siding, trim, windows and doors.

Replace improper installation of flashing that has led to water intrusion.

Remove and replace improper water proofing of shower/tub areas.

Design & Build
Sturgeon Construction & Restoration offers design/ build services to those clients who wish for a higher efficiency during the build cycle, as well as the advantages of one point of contact. Utilizing traditional build methods, the client has two separate contracts- with a designer and with the contractor. However, using the design/ build method, the contractor and designer (architect) collaborate from the inception of the project. This single source contracting has been shown to reduce a client’s risk, reduce building costs, and leads to accelerated construction and project delivery, than with traditional methods (Source- DBIA).

Sturgeon Construction & Restoration is located in Natick, MA and serves the greater Boston Metro West areas. Areas outside of our normal service area are considered on a case-by-case basis.
