Inception
We recognize that each project is unique and clients engage us from different starting points. Whether clients have a completed set of drawings, or their vision is still in its infancy, we are adept at asking the right questions and most importantly, listening to the client’s response. It is during the initial meeting that clients have the opportunity to explore the possibility of working with our firm.
Proposal
Assuming both parties wish to move forward, a proposal will be submitted to you that provides a cost and build schedule based upon the scope of work. If there are potential cost saving measures, we will identify these areas of opportunity for you. We will also provide a timeline for each stage of construction. If the proposal is accepted, additional meetings may be necessary to further refine the plan to meet your exact specifications.
Execution & Project Management
During this phase we implement and oversee the construction plan by working closely with all vendors and subcontractors to maintain an accurate schedule for each phase of construction. Using our in-house staff, in conjunction with some of the best subcontractors in the Metro West area, we marshal projects utilizing a consistent team of highly skilled experts in their respective fields. We welcome your input at each stage and engage in daily communication to review key thresholds. Throughout the build cycle, our project management team is able to keep you abreast of each deliverable in order to keep the project on time and on budget.
Finish Line
As the project nears its completion, clients will meet with the project manager to review the final punch list document. At this juncture, we ensure all work is completed to the contract's specifications. Our firm is committed to delivering a quality product and providing an exceptional client experience.
